Strategy of personnel management of the organization

The article is devoted to the issue of strategic personnel management as the basis for the development of the enterprise. The author defines the role of the qualitative development of the personnel management strategy in the modern market competition system. Based on the theoretical study, key areas for the implementation of strategic personnel management were identified with the goal of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
