In the conditions of the modern and constantly changing structure of the national economy, the issue of increasing the competitive struggle is acute, and much attention is paid to the human resources of the enterprise. The analysis carried out by the author made it possible to identify the problems of human resource management. In particular, the fundamental development of both the enterprise and the society itself as a whole depends on the competence of personnel, their professional and individual qualities. The strategic development of an enterprise requires the improvement of human resources, as well as the interaction of the professional, creative and innovative potential of employees with a high level of managerial and professional competencies.
