Every crisis situation in the country or the world always threatens the enterprise not only strong financial losses and loss of market position, but also the loss of highly qualified personnel who are able to help companies in a difficult period and to emerge from the crisis. Most companies in this situation are taking, in their opinion, an important and correct decision - reducing vacancies and staff, personnel costs, etc. As a consequence, the labor market is overwhelmed free people who are looking for work.
