Sustainable progress strategy: quintessence of the un conference «Rio+20»

The article summarizes the results of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio de Janeiro, 2012). Developing the ideas of “Rio+20”, the author puts forward a Sustainable Progress strategy as globalization postcapitalist project. In the upcoming noospheric epoch, as the author emphasizes, sustainable progress vector coincides with the change of the world development cycles: the Western (capitalist) cycle comes to an end and the Eastern (postcapitalist) one begins. The author, referring to the Chinese Communist party’s 18 Congress as the example, analyzes theory and practice of Sustainable Progress on the way to Communism.
