Strategic planning of local economic communities

The authors discuss the key approaches in the formulation of a methodology that is used for strategic planning. In this sense, the conceptual boundary defined strategies and different approaches to strategic planning. On this basis, then the authors retain several important phases are the stages of creating a strategic development plan. Also, the paper makes reference to the necessary activities that follow after the preparation of strategic development plan, which aims to be a reality check of the final strategy document.
