Stress load and posttraumatic stress at juvenile age

The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of experienced severe stress (stress load) on the posttraumatic stress severity (PTS) at juvenile age, taking into account the gender factor. Students of Voronezh higher educational institutions at the age of 18 - 20 years were under investigation. The results of the research show that in spite of gender differences, there is a link between the severity of PTS and stress relevance and a number of stresses experienced.
