Stress resistance and desadaptation in non-psychotic mental disorders (results of complex theme of research work of Mental Health Research Institute SB RAMSCI, 2009—2012)

Material of investigations was blood (DNA, serum, plasma, lymphocytes, neutrophils, erythrocytes). Object of investigation were patients with non-psychotic mental disorders under treatment at Borderline States Department of Clinic of Mental Health Research Institute SB RAMSci - 1230 persons, including: 1) included into groups for carrying out of molecular-genetic, biochemical, immunological investigations (n=350); 2) liquidators of consequences of the accident at Chernobyl Atomic Power Station (n=460); 3) patients with adjustment disorders, somatoform disorders (n=420). In addition, unemployed individuals with official juridical status at employment service have been examined (n=1 200).
