Building of the railways in Russia in the end of 19 and the beginning of 20th century as the modernization factor

In the article the modernized processes and their consequences after Trans-Siberian Railway building in Southern Ural in the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th centuries are analyzed. The economic, geopolitical and social-cultural values of the Trans-Siberian highway are in the focus of attention of the article.
