Structure and dynamics of disability in the region

Reasons and factors influencing the level of disability in the society are considered in the article. Statistics data and the dynamics of the disabled number in the period of 1966-2005 are analysed in the article. Comparative analysis of the number of the disabled both in the region and in Russia is presented.
