Information about structure of mental and behavioral disorders in Trans-Baikal Territory and it's dynamics in 1998-2010 has been shown in the article. Analysis of sickness rate, morbidity and disability in mental disorders in people living in Trans-Baikal Territory as compared with same parameters in Siberian Federal District and Russian Federation at all has been carried. According to results of work there were made recommendations in main organizational courses of psychiatric assistance Trans-Baikal Territory.
