Structure and content of the professional and pedagogical culture of the youth outreach organizers

This article presents the professional and pedagogical culture of the youth outreach organizers as a system regulating social and pedagogical relations between a specialist and a customer in the field of youth outreach in their professional interaction. This system is implemented in the professional activity of a youth outreach specialist, in interaction and communication through the attitude to the participants and the various components of this activity.
