Structure of cultural interactions in the process of formation the professional musical culture of Buryatia

The article is devoted to the important problem of the cultural history - creation of the new culture on the basis of interrelation of the different elements. The author analyzes historical conditions and socio-cultural environment in which the interaction of the European and Buryat musical traditions has taken place. The musical culture of Buryatia is viewed as a system which itself contains the potential and mechanisms for self-preservation, self-renewal, and adaptation to changing conditions.
