Structure of personal orientations of different age groups teachers

The article deals with the features of personal orientation structure of teachers in different age groups. The components of structure and propeties of orientation are analyzed on the basis of postnonclassical methods; the essence of its functioning is described. The results of empiric research are listed, in which features of personal orientation have been revealed in dependence on teachers' age.
