Структура личностной зрелости пожилых людей, участвующих в программах непрерывного образования

Проблема и цель. Авторами исследуется проблема функционального развития пожилыми людьми своей личности в условиях непрерывного образования взрослых. Цель статьи - выявить структуру личностной зрелости пожилых людей, участвующих в программах непрерывного образования. Методология. Методологическим основанием работы являются: культурно-историческая концепция Л. С. Выготского; эпигенетическая концепция Э. Э. Эриксона; концепция динамики эго-идентичности в нормативных кризисах развития личности взрослого человека Е. Л. Солдатовой. Методики исследования: тест структуры эго-идентичности Е. Л. Солдатовой (в модификации И. Ю. Завьяловой); методика определения индивидуальной меры рефлексивности А. В. Карпова, В. В. Пономарёвой; методика диагностики социально-психологической адаптации Роджерса-Даймонд в адаптации А. К. Осницкого. Выборка исследования: 306 человек в возрасте от 55 до 82 лет. Результаты. В статье авторы конкретизировали психологическое содержание феномена эго-интеграции с позиции концепции динамики эго-идентичности в нормативных кризисах развития личности. В модели эго-интеграции подтверждены значимые связи между автономной идентичностью, самопринятием, принятием других, эмоциональным комфортом, интернальностью в структуре эго-интеграции. Эмпирическая модель психологического феномена «эго-интеграция» подтверждает теоретическую модель и гипотезу о значении автономной идентичности в его структуре. Заключение. Делается вывод о том, что образование в пожилом возрасте может способствовать развитию личности. Определены ключевые направления в содержании образовательных программ, способствующие нормативному проживанию кризиса пожилого возраста и достижению эго-интеграции за счет развития личностных качеств, уточненных в исследуемой модели.

Structure of personal maturity of older people participating in lifelong educational programs

Introduction. The authors investigate functional personality development of older people in the conditions of continuing education. Purpose: to clarify the structure of personal maturity of older people participating in lifelong educational programs. Materials and Methods. The sample consisted of 306 participants aged between 55 and 82 years. The study used a psycho-diagnostic set, which includes the following methods: E. Soldatova's ego-identity structure test (modified by I.U. Zavialova ); A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomareva's reflexivity technique; Rogers and Diamond's Social and Psychological Adaptation diagnostic technique (modified by A. K. Osnitsky). Results.
