The work is devoted to the presentation of the concept of the methodology of integrated activities, developing a common methodology for the case of any complex (having a non-trivial multi-level internal structure) of human activity. The structural elements of complex activity are considered, it’s logical, causal and process structures are constructively described. Considerable attention is paid to organization and management, uncertainty, as well as life cycles of activities, their subjects, items, resources, knowledge and technology. The use of the system of coordinated formal models ensures practical application of the results both by practitioners and by scientists engaged in research of general principles of organization of activities (practical, scientific, etc.) and management of organizational and technical systems. For the first time the formalism of the description of complex activities with the subject - the organizational and technical system was proposed. Formal models of organization and management as a complex activity have been developed.
