Structure of Interdepartmental and International Cooperation of the Russian Federation’s Internal Affairs Departments in Confiscation of Criminal Assets: Traditional and Digital Tools

This article examines the system of interdepartmental and international cooperation among Russian internal affairs agencies in the area of identifying and confiscating criminally obtained assets. It analyzes legal gaps and organizational shortcomings and proposes ways to improve cooperation mechanisms, taking into account the development of digital financial instruments.
