Structure of the enterprise’s rapid development potential and indicators for assessing its level

The change of technological patterns, the deployment of the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), the radical transformation of global political and economic processes have made it extremely urgent to determine the directions of development of the national economy of the Russian Federation, which would eliminate the so-called “imposed lag” and move from the comprador model of the economy to a model based on the achievements of scientific and technological progress. This will ensure Russia’s competitiveness and leadership positions on the world stage. In addition, this type of development becomes existentially significant in the conditions of the formation of a new world order. Advanced development should become the philosophy of the formation and functioning of socio-economic systems of various hierarchical levels. It is important to involve enterprises and organizations in the implementation of an economic model based on the principles of advanced development. The possibility of implementing the principles of advanced development by economic entities is associated with the formation and realization of its potential. To do this, it is necessary to determine the structure of such a potential for the formation of its high level. In this regard, it is necessary to determine a list of indicators that allow assessing the potential of advanced development of the enterprise, for making informed management decisions to maintain or increase its level. The article examines the essence of the potential of the advanced development of the enterprise, suggests the structure of the potential of the advanced development of the enterprise, including such constituent elements as market activity; production potential; financial potential; human resources and innovation. The potential of advanced development of the enterprise in the framework of the study is proposed to be considered as a complex characteristic, which includes five components-characteristics, including a number of indicators (a total of 21 indicators), according to which it should be evaluated.
