Structure of training programs for middle-level specialists and training programs for qualified workers, employees in the aspect of the formation of general competencies through the example of secondary vocational education system of the Samara region

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of general competencies among students enrolled in secondary vocational education programs. The structure of training programs for mid-level specialists and training programs for qualified workers, employees in the aspect of the formation of general competencies is considered on the example of the system of secondary vocational education in the Samara region. The pater reveals the contradictions related to the lack of uniform formulations of general competencies in federal state educational standards and their reflection in the content of disciplines and modules. The analysis of curricula of training programs for mid-level specialists and training programs for qualified workers, employees from the point of view of reflecting the system of formation of general competencies in them is also given. The authors of the article formulate possible reasons for the low level of development of general competencies of students of secondary vocational education, identify factors that determine the initial level of development of these competencies when entering a college or technical school. The article suggests ways to solve the identified problems, defines the means and methods of work in this direction.
