Structure of mental disorders in pregnant women with threat of termination

Mental health state in pregnant women with threat of termination has been studied. Structure of borderline mental disorders has included neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders in 43 %, adult personality and behavior disorders 6,6 %, affective disorders 5,5 %. Organic disorders (asthenic and anxiety-phobic) were observed in 2 women. 37,78 % of women had pre-nosological states - psychoadaptive and psychodisadaptive syndromes. Threat of termination of pregnancy in persons with mental health problems was found more often in the 2 nd trimester of the pregnancy. Three-stage program of psychotherapeutic help for pregnant women is conducted.
