Structure of relaxation training aimed at correcting the emotional sphere of primary school children with impaired somatic health

The article describes the experience of developing and implementing a relaxation-training program aimed at correcting the emotional sphere of younger students with various somatic diseases. The relevance of the development of such training is due to the insufficient development of methodological tools for professional psychological support of primary school children with impaired somatic health, who have frequent and long-term disorders in the emotional sphere and, as a result, difficulties in school adaptation and socialization in General. The authors of the article propose a variant of structured relaxation training that is available for implementation in a secondary school.
