Structure of social and economic potential of the territory as a basis of its management

The article analyzes the structure of the socio-economic potential of the territory. We consider its internal core - resource potentials, which are its basis. The authors justified that in the structure of the socio-economic potential of the territory it is necessary to single out the state of the internal environment of the territory. It is determined by the degree of satisfaction with its conditions of consumers of the territory. The influence of the external environment on the feasibility of realizing the potential of the territory is noted.
