The structure of socio-psychological competence of a seaman in educational system of goal setting : invariant approach

The article is presented the results of the development of a model of socio-psychological competence of graduates of marine majors such as (navigators, ship engineers and etc.) based on invariant structure; it is included valuesemantic, motivational, instrumental, individual-psychological, conatus (behavioral) components, forming a stable system of functional relations, taking into account the specific to the social situation of professional activity (such as relative social isolation, nonseparatedness of common and non-material sphere of life activity onboard during long passages, around-the-clock-work, rotational work management, the authorized system of relationships), and the context of the objectives of pedagogical goal-setting.
