Structure, content and some peculiarities of conflict between criminal organization of convicts condemned to imprisonment and prison authorities of Russia’s criminal-executive system

The article describes the causes of correctional institutions of the penal system of Russia convicted criminal organization, and provides the analysis of structural and substantive aspects of the conflict between the organization and administration of correctional institutions. The author concludes that effective action against criminal organizations convicted is possible only through informal methods involving impact on the ideological basis of a criminal organization and sentenced consciously motivational basis of their personality.
