Structure of demand for teaching staff for labor market of the Republic of Buryatia

The paper studies the structure of demand for teaching staff in the labor market of the Republic of Buryatia. The article presents data that reflect the situation in this sphere on materials other regions of Russia, in particular, the Tver Region. An attempt was made to identify the main trends in this sector of the labor market by the example of the two re-gions. It was found that in both regions there is a high demand for teachers of English, mathematics, primary school, Russian language and literature. On the basis of data analysis determined that the demand for teachers in rural areas is much higher than in the city.
