Structure of the labor potential of the region and the main approaches to its estimation

The article presents an interpretation of the content of the labor potential of the region, defines the composition of its elements. Particular attention is paid to the components of the labor potential of the region, including the demographic, socio-economic and socio-psychological subsystems, the allocation of which determines the composition of the indicators of the potential. The stages of formation and implementation of labor potential are defined.
