The structure of the integrated methodology: scientific approaches of forensic "Schools"

Бесплатный доступ

Based on a significant number of scientific sources devoted to the structure of the enlarged (generic, intergenerational, group, general, basic) methodology of crime investigation, the conclusion is argued that at present it is possible to distinguish three approaches in the doctrine of criminology, which differ significantly in content. They were formed within the framework of the scientific schools of R.S. Belkin, V.K. Gavlo and V.E. Kornoukhov. Using the example of the intergenerational methodology for investigating the illegal acquisition and sale of objects of limited marketability, developed by the author, the hypothesis is put forward that, if necessary, a combination of these approaches is allowed, if this is justified by the purpose and objectives of the study. The relevant arguments are presented.
