Structure, material composition and platinum content of the Dzelyatyshor wehrlite-clinopyroxenite massif, the Polar Urals

It is shown that the standard conception of belonging of the wehrlite-clinopyroxenite massif, which encloses the Ozernoe precious metal manifestation, to the Kershor plutonic complex of the Rayiz-Voikar Paleozoic ophiolite association is wrong. On set of structural, petrogeochemical, mineralogical and other data, the hypothesis is proved that the massif is a fragment of the laminated intrusive. Connected with it platinum mineralization can be attributed to a new ore-forming type, which was not known in the Urals.
