Employment structure in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

The article analyzes the consequences of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy and labor market in the world and in the Russian Federation. The main issue is the impact of the crisis on the structure of the economy and the demand for labor in the context of types of employment and professional qualification groups of workers. The purpose of the article is to study the sectoral and professional structure of employment in order to take into account the ongoing changes in the analysis and forecast of the labor sphere for the future of 2021.
