Structuring of public-private partnership projects with foreign participation in the road sector

The existing system of structuring of the PPP project in the road economy is considered in Russia. Methodical support of the substantiation of the choice of the mechanism of return of invested funds by the private sector to the road economy was suggested. It is revealed that the existing approaches to structuring projects in the road economy do not sufficiently take into account the possible participation of foreign partners. An approach is proposed for assessing the appropriateness of structuring PPP projects with foreign participation, which allowed to formulate criteria for assessing the effectiveness of mechanisms for implementing a PPP project that take into account the specifics of the participation of foreign companies. The problems of assessing the appropriateness of attracting various types of foreign participants in PPP projects of road facilities are presented.
