The mechanisms of regulation were studied in the daily profile of systolic blood pressure (SAD) and heart rate (HR) by the method of fractional trends (DT) in "normotonics" and hypertensive patients. The revealed interdependencies of antagonistic forms and trends in the variational indicators of DT represent a conjugate model of functional communication with distinctive coefficients. Thus, the dominant activity (underlined) of one of the indicators in SAD (1.81 and 2.24) and in heart rate (2.20 and 1.83) in "normotonics" is of an asymmetric nature. The correlations of interdependent changes between these forms in hypertensive patients are directly opposite: in SAD (2.05 and 1.95) and in HR (1.96 and 2.05).
