Struktur-functional changes of heart at hyperfunction of adrenal glands

The disturbance of the hormone regulation of cardiovascular system by adrenal hyperfunction causes a structural and functional changes of heart. Comparing the analysis results of echocardiographic investigation in 116 patients with different neoplasms of the adrenal glands, 64 patients with essential arterial hypertension and 30 healthy people, has found an accurate distinctions between echcocardiographic results of patients with hormone-active, hormone-none active neoplasctus of the adrenal glands, essential hypertension and normal people. Considering significant structural and functional disturbances of cardiovascular system in patients with adrenal neoplasms, it's necessary to use echocardiographic for investigations of this group of patients.
