Changes of cardiovascular system in patients after surgical treatment of thyrotoxicosis

We studied the state of cardiovascular system in 62 patients in 1,5-5 year after surgical treatment of thyrotoxicosis. Dyspnoea, fatigability, cardyalgia, palpitation persisted in 35 % patients. We evaluated changes of symptoms in comparison with the same in beginning of disease and their relation with exercises. Palpitation, dyspnoea, fatigability occurred in patients, which had echocardiography signs of myocardium hypertrophy and hyperfunction
