Structural and functional analysis of the concept of innovation development of a region

The information technology industry is one of the most dynamically developing branches in Russia. The world experience shows that the competitiveness of the national economy in the international market will be associated with the development and implementation of innovative projects, the creation of regional innovation clusters. The article examines the nature and content of the concept of innovation ecosystem, analyzes the structural elements and functions, defined by a regular trend of its formation and development, and explores conditions and performance factors. The authors suggest a concept of creation of regional innovation ecosystems.
