Structural changes in the labor market in the conditions of the digitalization of the economy

The world economy and society are forced to constantly adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the surrounding reality. One of the key factors behind these changes is digital transformation, which is based not only on Internet resources, but also on the latest digital technologies that have become an integral part of our daily life. Digital technologies affect not only society and the economy, but also the labor market in particular. On the one hand, the digitalization process has created opportunities for the emergence of new products, technologies and processes, and on the other hand, it is fraught with some kind of threat. Like any industrial revolution, it presents new challenges for employers and employees. Digital technologies and services have changed the rules for hiring employees, as well as the requirements for their knowledge and skills. Online platforms in the workplace are being updated, which leads to changes in the labor market. The digitalization process in this article is considered as a way to develop the creative potential of employees, in connection with the new world economic order, in which the service of services has become the main product. The process of "creativeization" of the workplace is also considered, since modern work processes require highly productive intellectual efforts from employees. The purpose of this article is to analyze and characterize structural changes in the labor market in the context of the digitalization of the economy.
