Structural changes in Russian universities in the context of independence

The article touches upon the issue of structural transformations in the Russian universities, sanctioned by the Bologna agreement, and studies the issue of central and periphery universities. The research deals with the loss of independence by Russian universities. The author considers in detail the hierarchy, legal forms of incorporation of public and private universities, describes the expected outcomes of their categorization, economic and ideological formalization of organizational changes.
