In the conditions of generation and assimilation, the areas of criminal activity are expanding. This article discusses the structural elements of the forensic characteristics of crimes committed by women. With the help of the analysis of the forensic characteristics of crimes, its structural elements are singled out, and the features of these elements, which are manifested in the composition of crimes committed by women, are revealed.
