The research of brachiocephalic arteries peculiarities structural disturbance and their correlation with degree of cerebral blood circulation insufficiency, clinical demonstrations and progressing of disease was performed based on 307 clinical cases. The asymptomatic character of cerebral ischemia under brachiocephalic arteries disturbance was revealed in 29,6% patients involved in the research but the symptom data of transitory ischemic attacks in 59,3%. The single sided and the dual sided disturbances were revealed in the equal quantity, but the tendency to decrease of cerebral blood circulation insufficiency degree was marked in the last case, which also depended on the degree of carotid artery stenosis. The failures of subclavicular and vertebral arteries were single side in the majority of cases and remained compensated for a long time even when the degree of stenosis was more than 75%. The arterial vessels disturbance was systemic in major part of patients; therefore the complex approach was well founded for inspection and treatment in patients who had atherosclerosis symptoms of vessels of any localization.
