Student volunteer movement as a subject of cultural policy

On the example of the developed and tested pilot survey model, a form of self-diagnosis of the student volunteer movement is proposed for implementation in the educational practice of universities in order to monitor the subjectivity of the student volunteer movement in the implementation of state cultural policy. The conditions under which the student volunteer movement of universities of Kabardino-Balkaria is able to act as a subject of state cultural policy are identified and considered.
