Subjective well-being of a person in the professional field of activity of an employee of the internal affairs

The article presents an analysis of the phenomenon of «subjective well-being» of the individual and its relationship with the concepts of «psychological well-being» and «happiness». According to the author, this triad of the conceptual apparatus is the subject of concern for officials from among the commanding staff of the internal affairs bodies, as well as the relevant educational structures and psychologists of the indicated law enforcement institution, the goal-setting of which is to ensure the necessary psychological and social comfort for the personality of each employee of the internal affairs bodies, on which is entrusted with the mission of maintaining the proper level of internal order and public safety in society.
