Subjective guarantees of the legal status of a minor

The article deals with the subjective factors ensuring implementation and protection of the legal status of persons under legal age. The author discusses the impact of legal information and legal activity of a child and his or her legal representatives on the legal status of a minor. The paper considers the post-status and the prestatus nature of subjective guarantees in relation to formal and actual legal status of a minor respectively.
