Subjective criteria for evaluating quality of medical care in Pirogov Center

The Study on the dynamics of consumer assessment of quality of medical care for surgical patients of the National Medical Surgical Center after N.I. Pirogov. The study was done at the National Medical Surgical Center after Pirogov, N.I., in the consumer group of relatives of 192 patients, who were undergoing a medical treatment in surgical departments of the National Center for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery after St. George. The study was conducted in different years, before and after the introduction of industrial methods of quality management of medical care in the period of 2005-2009. As a case, relatives of 84 patients were interviewed in 2005, then in 2009, the relatives of 108 patients. The survey was carried out under the standard scheme. At the final stage of the study, proposals of relatives of patients concerning the improvement of the quality of the Centre were analyzed.
