The article deals with the subjective signs of fraud in receiving payments. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, the author comes to the conclusion that this type of crime can be committed only with direct intent, and the subject of fraud in receiving payments can be any person, regardless of whether it was decided to make payments or not.
