Subjectivity of professional self-determination: the psychological determinants of development

The results of the analysis and synthesis of theoretical and empirical research on the problem of professional self-determination are presented. As source of formation of professional self-designated social situation of development of professional self-determining of the individual in the totality of objective and subjective components. It is shown that psychological readiness as a subjective component of the social situation of development of professional self-determining personality is a major determinant of the development of subjectivity of professional self-determination. Designated components of psychological readiness to professional self-determination (cognitive, motivational, activity and personal), ensuring conscious, active, independent and responsible professional choice. Perspectives for further research, which the author associates with a need to highlight the moral component of psychological readiness to professional self-determination as the ethical basis of professional subjectivity of choice.
