Subjectivity of institutions in the policy of development of the culture and education regional sphere

The subjectivity of institutions in regional policy in the field of culture and education is determined, first of all, by the intensity of their statutory activities. It largely depends on the contribution of a specific institution to the achievement of strategic goals and target indicators of regional programs for the development of culture and education. Using the example of the development programs of the Krasnodar Territory, we will consider what role an institution can play as a subject of the interdepartmental field of state policy in the field of culture and education.
