Subject priorities in the sphere of ensuring national security

The issues of ensuring national security are considered. The problem of taking into account the interests of the individual, society and the state in the field of security is analyzed. It is emphasized that it is the state that plays a key role in this process, acting as the dominant subject and object of support. At the same time, the interests of the individual in the field under consideration are not always fully taken into account. Concrete ways of solving this problem are proposed, in particular, the adoption of the Federal Law “On Personal Security in the Russian Federation”.
