The article deals with the notion of teenager’s subcultural competence. The pedagogic potential of interaction of school and family which encourages the development of teenager’s subcultural competence is revealed. The efficient forms of such organization are determined. There are recommended the current forms of figurative activity for realization creative and pedagogic potential of the interaction.
