Subsidiary responsibility of the members of the agricultural consumer cooperative

This article focuses on the emergence of subsidiary liability for members of agricultural cooperatives and their law enforcement practices. Subsidiary liability is one of the basic issues of cooperative construction: however, so far there is no unanimity in understanding the degree of responsibility of an agricultural cooperative member for the cooperative's obligations. And despite the fact that most of the members of an agricultural cooperative have been informed about the existence of relevant regulations in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No 193-FZ of 08.12.1995 «On Agricultural Cooperation», opinions on the meaning of subsidiary liability differ.
