Subsidiary responsibility for the obligations of the officer during the bankruptcy: issues of law enforcement

The article examines the substantive issues that arise when subsidiary liability arises in the process of insolvency (bankruptcy). It is concluded that subsidiary liability is civil law and it is based on tort.
