Vicarious liability after liquidation of the legal entity

The Article is devoted to the involvement of the head, founders and other persons managing a legal entity to subsidiary liability after the liquidation of a legal entity with the exception of the unified state register of legal entities.in this article, the author takes as a basis the changes in the Federal law "on limited liability companies", which entered into force on 01.09.2017, into which added a paragraph, according to which it became possible to recover the amount of outstanding obligations from the liquidated counterparty. The author analyzes the tendency of the legislative body to protect the interests of a bona fide creditor from unscrupulous contractors.
