Subsidiary liability of the director and owner of the debtor

Subsidiary liability in the bankruptcy procedure is a key topic of legal discussions and one of the main services in the bankruptcy market. The article deals with the most significant theoretical and practical issues of the legal regulation of subsidiary liability in the legislation on legal entities applied to Debtors of bankrupts. The article analyzes the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation that fix the application of the institute of subsidiary liability of a legal entity. The relevant conclusions are made regarding the persons who are responsible for conducting economic activities, as a result of which the organization is declared bankrupt.
